How will taxing bonuses for those making over a quarter of a million dollars a year going to have corporations moving to NJ? The corporation's profits will not be taxed. So... are the employees of Goldman going to rise up in rebellion and demand that Goldman move to NJ? I'm so tired of this tired argument. Where is corporate responsibility when it comes to general welfare of the population, which is in the first sentence of the Constitution?
