Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that only ELA scores for entire test taking populations have been posted. Unlike in previous years there has been no posting of GENERAL Ed populations by school (nor for that matter, any other disaggregated data - e.g., race/ethnicity, ELL, special ed, title I status or even gender).
Given that charter schools have consistently lower Special Ed and ELL populations, comparing their Performance" with public schools would seem to me, at least, an "apples to oranges" exercise.
